Self Service Tools

You must be logged in to set an account limit. Limits may be changed by account holders at any time. Any decreases to existing limits will immediately take effect. If you wish to increase a limit, the time period for your prior limit must first lapse.

Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you can deposit into your Fanatics Betting & Gaming account.

Single Wager Limit

You may set a limit on the maximum wager amount you can place.

Time-Based Wager Limit

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much money you can risk during a period of time.

Restrict Deposit Method

You may restrict your ability to deposit from specific payment methods.

Session Time Limit

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly session time limits to control the amount you are logged into your account.

Timeout

If you want to take a break from gaming with us, you can elect to take a “timeout” for any period between 3 and 365 days.  During a timeout, your account cannot be used to wager, and you will not be able to log into your account until the timeout has expired. To withdraw funds during a timeout, please contact our support team.

Self-Exclusion

You can self-exclude in Virginia via the Virginia Lottery Voluntary Exclusion Program linked here. Once signed-up for self-exclusion, you will be excluded from sports betting products, casinos, account-based lottery as well as gaming activities administered by the Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs and the Virginia Racing Commission in Virginia or any Fanatics Betting & Gaming product in any state where they are offered.

National Help & Support Organizations

National Council on Problem Gaming (NCPG)

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, seek help. The National Council on Problem Gambling serves as a national access point to local resources for those seeking help for a gambling problem.  The Council’s mission is to lead state and national stakeholders in the development of  comprehensive policy and programs for all those affected by problem gambling.  The Council’s 1-800-522-4700 Helpline and website have been resources for  gamblers and those recovering from gambling, as well as their family and friends.  The Helpline is free and confidential, and it is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Gamblers Anonymous

Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who have joined together to do something about their own gambling problem and help other compulsive gamblers do the same. There are regional fellowships around the world.

State Specific RG Resources

Virginia Lottery Self-Exclusion Program: This should be used to complete the voluntary exclusion form for those individuals wanting to exclude themselves for a period of two or five years. Please do not click on the link if you do not intend to complete the process. Individuals wanting to exclude for a lifetime must do so in person either at Virginia Lottery headquarters or at one of our opened casino locations by calling the VEP office at 804-692-7185 to set up an appointment. Virginia Council on Problem Gambling (VCPG)
